How do I know which size to order for my child?
We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. Since kids grow fast, we recommend measuring your child's height and chest and comparing it to our chart. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What is your return policy for clothing items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Simply visit our Returns Portal to start your request. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping at checkout if you need your WizKids outfits sooner.
Are your fabrics safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. At WizKids, we prioritize comfort. Most of our collection is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton and OEKO-TEX certified fabrics to ensure they are free from harmful chemicals and gentle on delicate skin.

How should I care for WizKids garments to make them last?
To keep our colors vibrant and fabrics soft, we recommend machine washing inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low or hanging to dry. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
