We want your little ones to love their new outfits, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect, we are here to make it right with easy returns or size exchanges.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Garments

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all WizKids brand tags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
